Result of reaction with moisture in the air, Resin may have crystallized problems.
Resin solid in can
Probable Cause: Resin may have crystallized
Possible Fix: Heat to 120oF until all contents are re-liquefied. Cool to room temperature before mixing with hardener.
Surface tackiness
Probable Cause: The hardener is reacting with moisture from the air (also known as blush).
Possible Fix: Purge the hardener container with Nitrogen before placing into storage. Keep the lid closed at all times. Once the hardener is moisture contaminated it can't be fixed. Use fresh product.
White, hard spots in Hardener
Probable Cause: Result of reaction with moisture in the air.
Possible Fix: The particles are carboxylic acid and can not be re-liquefied. Filter the material to discard particles.
