Cartridge packaged system are a great way to accurately apply adhesives, potting compounds, repair compounds and protective coating materials without the special skills normally required to accurately weigh, mix and de-air products.
The following Epoxy and Polyurethane systems are available in cartridges, supplied with the appropriate disposable static mix heads, to provide the following benefits:
- Accurate resin to hardener ratio
- No weighing or mixing required
- Clean and accurate dispensing
- Excellent shelf life
- Un-used material can be stored for later use
- There is no air being introduced during mixing
The standard packaging, for 2 component systems, consists of 750 ML (25.36 oz US) dual cartridges each equipped with 2, easy to attach, disposable, static mix heads. Easy to use Manual Dispense Guns are available separately allowing for effortless and accurate dispensing. The dispense gun is re-usable and only needs to be purchase once to suit the particular cartridge arrangement.
